Open Plan Extension Newton
Another incredible project that included a new kitchen, dining area for the family and a utility room.
Working alongside the plans that the customer had drawn up we then set to work. Creating a 3mtr x 5mtr extension that needed the back of the house taking out, floor to be raised from existing garage and new utilities and waterworks installed..
A stunning French Door and side window where added along with 2 skylights. The light has transformed to entire area including the new kitchen and utility..
The installation took 6 weeks and the warmth and finish including bricks and new roof really made the project stand out.
Installation
After the area was prepared the install took 4 days to have the house watertight so it didn't create to much disruption to the family. Again the thermal values and incredible turnaround time combined with hardly any damage to the back garden are incredible. The attention to detail really made this project stand out.
